I was born and raised in East Texas, which I love! I was brought up in church but didn't have a personal relationship with Jesus until my early 20's. I started singing at the age of 13. Each year my passion to sing praises to the one who has literally carried me through life has grown in a major way. I have sung on worship teams for around ten years, and in the past year and a half I have been leading worship. Worship is truly the desire of my heart. It's in those times of worship that I am reminded just how vast the love and faithfulness of God is.

Other than singing and listening to music I love to cook, shop (what woman doesn't), watch movies (comedies and love stories are my favorites), and spend time with my family--who are awesome! God has blessed me with two amazing, beautiful daughters.  Chasity is 17, a perfectionist, quick witted and very serious about most everything. Then there is Faith who is 9, full of energy, smiles and is very laid back. What joy they have brought to my life!! My first husband died in 2000. After that happened, God knew what and who I needed, and so He sent me an amazing, good-looking soulmate. Frankie is my best friend and the one who continually encourages me to dig deeper into the things of God. He has taught me to believe more in who God has made me to be!  We married in 2004, and along with him God sent me 2 more blessings--his daughter Sierra and his son Kyle. Sierra is 21, full of life, and smiles all the time. Kyle is 20, is a cut up and also smiles all the time. My family is amazing!

This journey God has us on is one that requires faith- that He has it all in His hands and under control, hope- that we live a life pleasing to Him and a heart to love as Christ loves!! I pray that is how I live out my life. I am reminded of just how GREAT God is when in the midst of worship, I see people's hearts healed, lives restored, and the chains of addiction and bondage broken off. I pray while you listen to our music God does miraculous things in your life. HE LOVES YOU ALL!!
