Welcome to the official website for Journey Home. We are a modern praise and worship band in Mount Pleasant, Texas, featuring original music written by worship leader and songwriter, Shelley Green. We're a very ministry-minded band with a passion to see people connect with the heart of the Father in worship. Our debut album, Making Room, was recorded in Nashville and is available for purchase or download by clicking on "The Music" tab. Free chord charts are also available. "Relentless" was included in the July 2009 issue of the nationally distributed publication, Worship Leader Magazine, along with songs from Mac Powell, Hillsong United, Aaron Shust, and more.
